Infrared Hot Yoga

Designed to enhance physical and spiritual strength, balance, and flexibility. A strong and empowering practice.

Infrared Warm Yin Yoga

Slow, deep stretching, meditative Yoga. This style is great for improving flexibility, while maintaining joint mobility and bone health.

  • 30 degrees

  • 60-minute class

Infrared Hot Yoga/ Yin Yoga

A fusion between our hot yoga and yin practices. Class begins with a series of yoga flow movements in the first half, followed by a restorative and relaxing series of deep yin stretches and holds.
